Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week related to appointment reminders, follow-ups, billing inquiries, or service updates.

Potential fees for SMS messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. Fees may vary if messages are sent domestically or internationally. Rapid Response does not charge a fee to receive our SMS messages.

Opt-in method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Rapid Response Medical Solution by:

  • Submitting an online form on our website and checking the SMS consent box
  • Providing your phone number and written/verbal consent to our team when scheduling a test

Opt-out method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly at info@rapidresponseus.com or (877) 807-0515 to request removal from our messaging list. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
