5 Panel DOT-Like
Non-regulated employees tested to the same standard as the federal DOT 5-panel.
What is this test?
A non-DOT panel that mirrors the federal DOT 5-panel drug groups and cutoff levels, but runs on a non-federal chain-of-custody form. Same lab, same confirmation testing, same MRO review — without DOT program obligations.
Who needs it?
Employers who want federal-grade rigor for non-safety-sensitive staff, or mixed workforces that want one consistent standard across DOT and non-DOT employees.
How it works
- 1Choose DOT-like panel for your policy
- 2Mobile collector arrives on-site
- 3Non-federal chain-of-custody form completed
- 4Lab screen with GC/MS or LC/MS-MS confirmation
- 5MRO review and secure result delivery

- No DOT program paperwork required
- Consistent standard across your workforce
- MRO-reviewed non-negatives
10 Panel DOT-Like
Broader 10-drug screen built on DOT-equivalent methodology, for non-regulated roles.
What is this test?
Expands the DOT-like approach to ten drug groups — the federal five plus barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone, propoxyphene, and methaqualone (panel configurable to your policy). Non-federal chain-of-custody with confirmation testing and MRO review.
Who needs it?
Employers in healthcare, manufacturing, construction, warehousing, and security who need wider prescription-drug visibility than a 5-panel provides.
How it works
- 1Confirm your 10-panel configuration
- 2Mobile collector arrives on-site
- 3Non-federal chain-of-custody form completed
- 4Lab screen with confirmation on non-negatives
- 5MRO review and secure result delivery

- DOT-equivalent methodology
- On-site collection — no clinic visit
Random Pool Program
Fully managed random selection with quarterly compliance reporting.
What is this test?
Statistically valid random selection from your employee pool at the frequency your program requires — DOT random rates (50% drug / 10% alcohol for FMCSA) or your policy's non-DOT cadence.
Who needs it?
DOT-regulated employers required to maintain random testing programs, and non-DOT employers running drug-free workplace policies.
How it works
- 1We build & maintain your pool roster
- 2Randomized selection each cycle
- 3Confidential DER notifications
- 4Mobile collectors sent to selected employees
- 5Quarterly compliance reporting

DNA testing — paternity, maternity & legal relationship testing
DNA Testing
Confidential buccal-swab DNA testing for individuals and families.
What is this test?
Buccal (cheek swab) DNA collection for paternity, maternity, sibling, grandparent, and other biological relationship testing. Results can be issued for personal/informational purposes or as a legally admissible report when collected under documented chain-of-custody.
Who needs it?
Individuals confirming paternity or maternity; families verifying biological relationships between siblings, grandparents, aunts, or uncles; parents establishing legal parentage for child support, custody, or family court; individuals needing DNA for immigration or visa applications; attorneys requiring court-admissible DNA evidence; and anyone seeking confidential peace-of-mind testing.
How it works
- 1Schedule a confidential appointment
- 2Verified photo ID and consent collected on-site
- 3Buccal swab collected under chain-of-custody
- 4Lab analysis with 99.99%+ probability reporting
- 5Court-ready or personal report delivered
Benefits
- Legally admissible option available
- Informational kits for personal knowledge
- Confidential, respectful handling
- Used for immigration, court, custody & peace of mind
Educational note
Not all DNA tests are the same. If results will be used for legal purposes — court proceedings, immigration, or government documentation — a legally admissible DNA test collected under documented chain-of-custody is typically required. Home DNA kits and informational tests generally cannot be used for legal purposes. We are also expanding our services into the genetic impact on weight management — see our Genetic Weight Management DNA test.
Which test is right for my company?+
Depends on your industry, DOT status, and policy. For DOT-regulated workforces you'll need the DOT 5-panel. Most non-DOT employers use the 5 panel urine test. Call and we'll match the panel to your policy.
How fast can you collect on-site?+
Most employer requests can be scheduled same-day or next business day. Post-incident and reasonable-suspicion testing is available on-call, typically within 2 hours.
Do you handle DOT audits?+
Yes. We maintain audit-ready recordkeeping and provide binder-ready documentation for FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, and USCG audits.
