- Health information received in connection with testing and Medical Review Officer (MRO) review, where applicable.

- Schedule, perform, and report testing services.
- Verify identity, maintain chain of custody, and support MRO review.
- Communicate with you about appointments, results, and support requests.

Rapid Response does not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With the employer or authorized party that ordered the test, limited to what they are entitled to receive.
- With certified laboratories, MROs, and specimen collectors involved in the test.
- With service providers who host, secure, or support our platform under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, subpoena, court order, or DOT regulation.
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications, and the associated consent records, are used solely by Rapid Response Medical Solution and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Confidentiality & security
Results are released only to authorized parties through secure channels. Specimens are handled under documented chain-of-custody procedures. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with HIPAA principles to protect information in our custody.

We retain records for the periods required by applicable federal and state law, including DOT Part 40 recordkeeping requirements. After the retention period, records are securely destroyed or de-identified.
